About Me

Lindsey Kaempfer, LMHC, BCBA, ATR, ADHD-CCSP

Stress, depression, anxiety and other mental health concerns can often lead to decreased satisfaction in life, lower productivity at work or school, and impact our relationships.   I am passionate about creating a non-judgmental space where we can explore challenges, stressors, address underlying issues, as well as problem behaviors to increase overall happiness and satisfaction in your life.

I believe each individual is uniquely wired with their own strengths, behaviors, tendencies, and complexities. While I do focus on working with general issues and concerns, I also enjoy working with adults and adolescents diagnosed with ADHD which can create a similar set of stresses and pressures.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a Registered Art Therapist, and a Certified ADHD Professional. I have over 10 years of experience with a variety of issues and concerns, including anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, adolescent and adult ADHD, and adjustment issues.
